CURRICULUM
The Mathematics Curriculum in SMP Pelita Nusantara is a little bit different from the current curriculum in the Philippines.
Although they are both spiral, the continuity and difficulty of the topics per level differ.

The Mathematics Curriculum used is in line with the Cambridge International Curriculum - hence, the lessons are distributed per chapter. The lessons in the curriculum are reflected in the module, such that in one chapter, there maybe different areas in mathematics involved.

TEACHING PLAN
The teaching plan in SMP Pelita Nusantara differs from the teaching plan that we usually produce in the Philippines, because here, the lesson plan is columned is much easier to make.
In the Philippines, we usually make lesson plans that are much more detailed - where the activities and expected responses of the students are well-indicated.

Yet, the teaching plan here is as effective as the ones we make back in my country.
